3.70

自今已去，為諸比丘結如草覆地滅諍法，應如是說如草覆地。（云何草覆地？此罪更不說罪名、罪種懺悔者是。）

"From this day forth, bind the procedure for settling disputes as covering with grass for the bhikṣus; one should pronounce 'as covering with grass' thus." (What is covering with grass? It means that regarding this offense, one does not speak of the name or category of the offense again to confess it.)
