與畜杖絡囊法（時有比丘羸老，不能無絡囊盛鉢無杖而行。佛言：「聽僧與彼老比丘作杖絡囊白二羯磨。」應至僧中，具儀作如是乞。）

Procedure for Granting the Keeping of a Staff and Net-Bag. (At that time, there was a bhikṣu who was frail and aged, unable to walk without a net-bag to carry his bowl and without a staff. The Buddha said: 'I permit the saṃgha to perform a jñaptidvitīya-karman for staff and net-bag for that aged bhikṣu.' He should go into the midst of the saṃgha, fully observe the etiquette, and make the request thus:)
