大姊一心念！我比丘尼某甲，有某病緣故，此某甲非時漿，為經非時服故，今於大姊邊受。（三說。受餘二藥法同。七日應言：）為共宿七日服故。（盡形應言：）為共宿長服故。（七日藥者，酥等。盡形藥者，一切醎、醋等，不任為食者。）

"May the sister pay single-minded attention! I, bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, on account of a certain illness, now determine from the sister this [name of] untimely juice in order to consume it through untimely hours." (Spoken three times. The procedure for determining the other two kinds of medicines is the same. For the seven-day medicine, one should say: "in order to keep overnight and consume for seven days." For the lifetime medicine, one should say: "in order to keep overnight and consume for a lifetime." The seven-day medicines are ghee and so forth. The lifetime medicines are all salts, vinegars, and so forth, which are unsuitable to serve as regular food.)
