難結小界授戒法（若有欲受戒者至界外，有比丘尼往遮。佛言：「若有不同意者未出界，聽在界外疾疾一處集結小界。」應如是作。）

Procedure for establishing a small sīmā in times of difficulty to confer ordination (If one who wishes to receive the precepts arrives outside the sīmā, and there is a bhikṣuṇī who goes to obstruct it, the Buddha said: "If there are those who do not consent who have not yet exited the sīmā, I permit quickly gathering in one place outside the sīmā to establish a small sīmā." It should be performed thus:)
