大姊僧聽！於某城中某居士家，夫婦得信，為佛弟子，好施，財物竭盡，僧先與作學家羯磨；今財物還多，從僧乞解學家羯磨。僧今與某居士解學家羯磨。誰諸大姊忍僧與某居士解學家羯磨者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍與某居士解學家羯磨竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! In such-and-such a city, in the family of such-and-such a householder, the husband and wife have attained faith, become disciples of the Buddha, and are fond of giving, so their wealth and goods were exhausted, and the saṃgha previously carried out the karman of a trainee family for them; now their wealth and goods are plentiful again, and they beg the saṃgha for revocation of the trainee family karman. The saṃgha now revokes the trainee family karman for such-and-such a householder. Whichever ayyes approve of the saṃgha revoking the trainee family karman for such-and-such a householder, let them remain silent; whoever does not approve, let her speak. The saṃgha has approved revoking the trainee family karman for such-and-such a householder. The saṃgha approves, because it is silent; thus is this matter maintained."
