3.39

自今已去，與諸比丘尼結罪處所滅諍法，應如是說結罪處所。（云何罪處所？彼比丘尼此罪，應與作舉、作憶念者是。）

From this day forth, when determining the settlement of disputes by fixed penalty for the bhikṣuṇīs, one should speak in this way of determining by fixed penalty. (What is the fixed penalty? It is when that bhikṣuṇī has committed this offence, and she should be subjected to accusation and reminding.)
