3.41

第三、次第者，於此十戒中，初四同聲聞四重，後四同瑜伽菩薩四重，中間更加酤酒說過。酤酒麁顯故先辨，說過細隱故後論。

Third, regarding the sequence: Among these ten precepts, the first four are identical to the four major [precepts] of the śrāvakas, and the last four are identical to the four major [precepts] for bodhisattvas in the Yogācāra. In between are added the selling of liquor and speaking of offenses. Selling liquor is coarse and manifest, hence it is analyzed first; speaking of offenses is subtle and concealed, hence it is discussed afterward.
