五、闕緣中，闕初二無罪，闕第三亦無犯。謂若舉彼，即起煩惱鬪爭而生，是故如草布地。餘二闕可知。

Fifth, among the deficiency of conditions: Lacking the first two, there is no offense. Lacking the third, there is also no transgression: that is to say, if bringing it forth would cause defilement, fighting, and strife to arise, therefore one [leaves it alone], like covering grass with a cloth over the ground. The deficiency of the remaining two can be understood.
