七、通塞者，若錯誤、狂、著鬼，若治罪人，准應無犯，反上皆犯。

Seventh, regarding permissible and impermissible circumstances: if through error, madness, possession by a spirit, or when punishing a guilty person, by analogy there should be no offense; the opposite of the above constitutes an offense.
