三、釋名者，於諸新學而不導引，不善傳授令法速滅，戒防此失故以為名。
Third, explaining the name: If one does not guide the various new students and does not transmit [the teachings] well, causing the Dharma to perish quickly, the precept guards against this fault; hence it is named accordingly.
