七、通塞者，若為三寶要藉、若為利生、若為調伏直買賣，一切無犯。反上皆犯。

Seventh, permission and prohibition: If done out of necessity for the Three Jewels, for the benefit of sentient beings, or directly buying and selling to subdue [others], there is no offense in any of these cases. Contrary to the above, all incur offenses.
