「何等法者」，第二解釋。凡作三周釋之：初周約三乘一乘。又釋：約法就人以釋五法。
"What dharmas" is the second part, the explanation. It is explained in three cycles altogether: the first cycle refers to the triyāna and the ekayāna. Another interpretation: it explains the five dharmas by referring to the teachings with respect to persons.
