「復有義」下，第二周釋五法。前就三乘一乘以釋五法，今通就一切法釋，亦得一一門攝一切法。又釋：約理就事釋。

From "there is also another meaning" downward is the second cycle explaining the five dharmas. Previously it explained the five dharmas with reference to the triyāna and ekayāna; now it explains them generally with reference to all dharmas, and each gate can also subsume all dharmas. Another interpretation: explaining with reference to principles and matters.
