「復有異義」下，自上已來三周，明應與證法、授與證法竟。此第二周，明應授說法者授與說法。

From 'there is also another meaning' onward: from the beginning until now, the three rounds explaining the Dharmas of realization that should be imparted and are imparted have been concluded. This second round explains that the Dharma of exposition is imparted to those to whom the Dharma of exposition should be imparted.
