「論曰至名轉輪王」者，釋初句。准此論文，四種輪王皆於人壽八萬已上方出世間。
"Regarding 'The treatise says [...] is called a wheel-turning king': this explains the first line. Based on this text of the treatise, all four kinds of wheel-turning kings appear in the world only when the human lifespan is eighty thousand years or more.
