13.200

「不應許然至不相違故」者，說一切有部難。以理而言不應許然，以諸大種定非見斷及非所斷，唯修所斷，以不染法與明、無明不相違故，所以非見所斷。

"One should not concede that... because of non-conflict": the Sarvāstivādin objects. In terms of reason, one should not concede this, because all great elements are definitely neither abandoned through seeing nor non-abandoned, but are abandoned only through cultivation; since undefiled phenomena do not conflict with clear knowledge and ignorance, they are therefore not abandoned through seeing.
