「彼經但據至故不相違」者，說一切有部會釋經文。因等起名前因等起，剎那等起名後等起。經言邪見起邪語等，於二等起。彼經但據前因等起，非據剎那等起而作是說，故不相違。

"That sūtra relies merely upon... therefore there is no contradiction": the Sarvāstivādin harmonises and interprets the sūtra text. The causal origination is called the prior causal origination, and the momentary origination is called the subsequent origination. The sūtra states that wrong view gives rise to wrong speech and so forth, with respect to the two originations. That sūtra relies merely upon the prior causal origination, and did not make this statement relying upon the momentary origination; therefore there is no contradiction.
