「如契經說至依何義說」者，因解飲酒，釋酒異名，合飲不合飲。經說窣羅等依何義說？依經起問。又解：引經證酒是放逸處，能造眾惡。因此起問。

[On the phrase,] "As the sūtra says: [...] based on what meaning is this stated?": Due to explaining the drinking of liquor, the various names of liquor are explained, along with whether drinking is permissible or impermissible. The sūtra speaks of surā and the like: based on what meaning is this stated? The question is raised based on the sūtra.
