「誰成就何律儀」者，此下第二總明成就。就中，一總成三律儀、二約世明成就。就總成三律儀中，一正明總成就、二便明斷律儀、三通經二律儀。此即第一正明總成就。頌前問起。

"Who possesses which discipline?" introduces below the second general explanation of possession. Within this, there are: first, a general explanation of the possession of the three disciplines; and second, an explanation of possession with respect to the [three] time periods. In the general explanation of the possession of the three disciplines, there are: first, the direct explanation of general possession; second, the incidental explanation of the severance of discipline; and third, the harmonization of the two disciplines mentioned in the sūtras. This is the first, directly explaining general possession. It is the question raised before the verse.
