14.30

「頌曰至後二隨心轉」者，答。初句明成別解脫，次兩句明成定、道戒，下句顯差別。

"The verse says [...] the latter two operate in conformity with the mind" is the answer. The first line explains the possession of prātimokṣa, the next two lines explain the possession of the meditative and path precepts, and the bottom line shows their difference.
