14.27

釋曰：初句明成別解脫，次兩句明成定道，後句明差別。八成別解脫者，始自苾芻，終於近住，此之八眾成別解脫戒也。

Explanation: The first line explains possession of prātimokṣa; the next two lines explain possession of [the restraints of] absorption and the path; the final line explains the distinction. 'Eight possess prātimokṣa': beginning with bhikṣus and ending with upavāsas, these eight classes possess the precepts of prātimokṣa.
