「必應有法至唯一晝夜故」者，說一切有部答。至明清旦有日光明，能為障礙令捨戒故。引教可知。

"There must be a dharma [up to:] because it is only one day and night" is the Sarvāstivāda answer. When the bright dawn arrives and there is sunlight, it can serve as an obstacle causing the precepts to be abandoned. The scriptural citation can be known [from the text].
