「於非所能境如何得律儀」者，問。若於一切有情處得，無少分理。如於他方非所能害境，如何得律儀？
"How is restraint obtained with respect to objects beyond one's capacity?" is a question. If it is obtained with respect to all sentient beings, there is no principle [of obtaining it with respect to only] a portion. As with sentient beings in other realms who are objects beyond one's capacity to harm, how is restraint obtained with respect to them?
