「若犯他勝至出家受戒」者，說一切有部難。若犯他勝罪，由無戒故便非苾芻。既無有戒，何不重令出家受戒？
"If [one has committed] an offense of defeat ... going forth and receiving the precepts": The Sarvāstivāda objects. If, by committing an offense of defeat, one is no longer a bhikṣu on account of having no precepts, then since he has no precepts, why not have him go forth and receive the precepts anew?
