「既標第六非我而誰」者，執我者言。命屬死者，是第六轉屬主聲。故今難言：既標第六轉屬主死者聲，非屬我而更屬誰？

"Since the genitive case has been indicated, to whom else could it belong if not the self?": the upholder of a self says this. 'Life belongs to the dead one' uses the sixth case-ending, the genitive expressing possession. Therefore he now objects: "Since the sixth case-ending expressing possession, 'of the dead one', has been indicated, to whom else could it belong if not to the self?"
