「又經中說至問餘亦爾」者，此下第二約三根以辨。就中，一明為惡加行、二明生善三位、三明究竟業道此即名為惡加行。依經起問。此中應說何相殺生名從貪生？問餘亦爾。此即總問。

Regarding "Furthermore, it is said in the sūtra ... the questions for the rest are also like this": Below this is the second [section], analyzing according to the three roots. Within this, first is clarifying them as unwholesome preparation; second, clarifying the three stages of generating the wholesome; third, clarifying the consummation of the paths of action. This [passage] clarifies unwholesome preparation. The question is raised based on the sūtra. Here it should be explained: what kind of killing is called born from covetousness? The questions for the rest are also like this. This is the general question.
