「殺生加行至皆從癡起」者，此明殺加行從三根生。波剌私，謂波剌私國，舊云波斯，訛也。邪見與癡相應，但因邪見殺害眾生，此殺加行即名癡起。餘文可知。

Regarding "The preparation for killing ... all arise from delusion": This clarifies that the preparation for killing is born from the three roots.
