「邪婬加行至從癡所生」者，此明邪婬加行從三根生。或為求財、或為名聞、或為官位、或為恭敬、或為拔濟自身、或為拔濟他身，於他有力、尊勝妻子等欲行邪婬，從貪著心起婬加行。餘文可知。

Regarding "The preparation for sexual misconduct ... born from delusion": This clarifies that the preparation for sexual misconduct is born from the three roots. Either for seeking wealth, or for fame, or for official position, or for respect, or to rescue oneself, or to rescue another, desiring to commit sexual misconduct with another's powerful and honorable wife and so forth—initiating the preparation for sexual misconduct from a mind attached with covetousness.
