「此違經故至虛延命故」者，引經破執。邪受外境，虛延命故，但是從貪所生身、語皆名邪命。
[On the phrase] “This contradicts the sūtra … because they prolong life in vain”: citing a sūtra to refute the attachment. Because one wrongly receives external objects and prolongs life in vain, all bodily and vocal [karma] produced merely from greed are called wrong livelihood.
