「准此妙劣至故頌不辨」者，此釋中法。准前妙、劣，餘中已成，即善有漏法，及無覆無記有為、無為法。故《品類足》云「中法云何？謂善有漏及無覆無記法。」《正理》同《品類足》。

Regarding "By analogy with the superior and the inferior [...] therefore the verse does not explain [them]": this explains intermediate phenomena (madhya-dharma). By analogy with the previous superior and inferior ones, the remaining intermediate ones are already established: namely, wholesome sāsrava phenomena and unveiled-unrecorded (anivṛtāvyākṛta) saṃskṛta and asaṃskṛta phenomena. Thus the Prakaraṇapāda says: "What are intermediate phenomena? They refer to wholesome sāsrava and unveiled-unrecorded phenomena." The Nyāyānusāra agrees with the Prakaraṇapāda.
