「於多分勝至名為卑慢」者，釋第六慢。《正理論》云「諸有在家或出家者，於他工巧，尸羅等德多分勝中，謂己少劣，心生高舉，名為卑慢。此中於己心高舉者，於他多勝謂己少劣，有增己故亦說為高。」

"Toward what is mostly superior [...] is called the conceit of inferiority"—this explains the sixth conceit. The Nyāyānusāra says: "Those who are householders or renunciants, toward the virtues of others such as arts, crafts, and morality (śīla) that are mostly superior, thinking oneself to be only slightly inferior and having a haughty mind arise, is called the conceit of inferiority (ūnamāna). Here, as for having a haughty mind toward oneself, thinking oneself only slightly inferior toward another who is vastly superior implies an aggrandizement of oneself, and is therefore also called haughtiness."
