「不說頓緣至能頓緣五部」者，答。不說頓緣自界地中一切有漏皆為最勝能得清淨，或世間因，然說有力能頓緣五部各少分法名為遍行。

"It is not said that simultaneously taking [...] can simultaneously take the five categories as object": Answer: It is not said that simultaneously taking as object all sāsrava dharmas in one's own realm and stage as supreme, capable of attaining purity, or as a worldly cause; rather, it is said that having the power to simultaneously take a small portion of dharmas from each of the five categories as object is called 'universal'.
