「有作是說至非一切當生」者，初問無異說，後三問有異說。此即外人設難。有作是說：彼第二問一切死者皆當生不？應分別記，亦應一向記非一切當生。

On the passage from "Some say" to "not all will be born": the first question has no divergent explanation, while the latter three questions have divergent explanations. Here an opponent raises an objection: Some say that the second question—whether all who die will be born—ought to be answered by distinguishing, and also ought to be answered directly that not all will be born.
