「又作是說至云何名記」者，此即外人設難。又作是說：彼第四問蘊與有情為一為異？既全不記蘊與有情若異若一，云何名記？

On the passage from "Also, some say" to "how is it called an answer?": here an opponent raises an objection. Also, some say: the fourth question is whether the skandhas and the sentient being are identical or different; since one does not answer at all whether the skandhas and the sentient being are different or identical, how is it called an answer?
