「有餘復言至亦說鐘能鳴」者，識見家異師復通前經。引喻不同，計亦無別。或是別部，故今重敘。

"Others also say […] one also speaks of a bell being able to ring" refers to another master of the school holding that consciousness sees who again reconciles the previous sūtra. Though the analogies cited are different, the position is not different. Or it belongs to another school, and therefore is recounted again here.
