「非有執受與根相離故」者，釋非執受。即第四執受、非執受門。由離根故，非有執受。故《正理》云「此入出息非有執受，以息闕減執受相故。身中雖有有執受風，而此息風唯無執受。」

Regarding "It is not appropriated (anupātta), because it is separate from the sense-faculties": this explains that it is not appropriated, which is the fourth topic: appropriated versus non-appropriated. Because it is detached from the sense-faculties, it is not appropriated. Thus the Nyāyānusāra states: "These inhalation and exhalation breaths are not appropriated, because breath lacks the characteristics of what is appropriated. Although there is appropriated wind within the body, this wind of breath is exclusively non-appropriated."
