24.30

「有說此二至得涅槃故」者，敘異說。由緣有為聖道斷惑得涅槃者名為有行，由緣無為聖道斷惑得涅槃者名為無行。

Regarding 'Some say that these two... because they attain nirvāṇa': this records a different explanation. One who abandons defilements and attains nirvāṇa by taking conditioned noble paths as object is called 'with activity'; one who abandons defilements and attains nirvāṇa by taking the unconditioned noble path as object is called 'without activity'.
