「雖有一類至共施設故」者，經部師言：雖有一類毘婆沙師作如是說初定等支，然非古昔經部諸軌範師共施設故。又解：說一切有部師言：雖有一類經部作如是說初定等支，然非古昔說一切有部諸軌範師共施設故。

Regarding the passage "Although a certain class... co-designate them": The Sautrāntika master says: Although a certain class of Vaibhāṣikas speak in this way of the factors of the first absorption and the like, yet they were not co-designated by the ancient masters of the Sautrāntika. Another explanation: The Sarvāstivāda master says: Although a certain class of Sautrāntikas speak in this way of the factors of the first absorption and the like, yet they were not co-designated by the ancient masters of the Sarvāstivāda.
