論「雖有一類至共施設故」，雖一類有部師釋初定立五支為資初定故。然非經部古昔諸軌範師共施設故。

On the Śāstra's phrase: "Although there is a group [...] established in common": although a group of Sarvāstivādin masters explain that the first dhyāna establishes five factors to assist the first dhyāna, nevertheless it was not established in common by the ancient masters of the Sautrāntika.
