29.75

「不見真理無制人由鄙尋思亂聖教」者，此即第二傷歎起失。凡夫愚癡無有慧眼，不能觀見四真諦理，起惑任情無法自制，名無制人。由起鄙惡尋思，獨途橫計惑亂聖教。

"Unrestrained people who do not see the true reality, / Throw the sacred teaching into disorder through base discursive thoughts": this is the second part, lamenting the arising of faults. Foolish and deluded ordinary persons have no eye of wisdom and cannot discern the principle of the four noble truths; generating afflictions and indulging their feelings, they have no Dharma to restrain themselves, hence called "unrestrained people." Through generating base and evil discursive thoughts, following their own paths and making arbitrary conjectures, they confound and throw the sacred teaching into disorder.
