「若爾云何至具足五支」者，毘婆沙師引經反難。若不許彼尋、伺二法一心相應，云何契經說初靜慮具足尋、伺、喜、樂及定五支？

"If so, how is it that ... complete with five limbs?": The Vaibhāṣika cites a sūtra to raise a counter-objection. If one does not concede that the two factors vitarka and vicāra are associated in a single mind, how is it that a sūtra states that the first dhyāna is complete with the five limbs: vitarka, vicāra, joy (prīti), pleasure (sukha), and concentration (samādhi)?
