「此唯遍染心俱起非餘故」者，釋恒唯染。此六唯染，非餘淨心。遍染心，顯染俱起，俱起即顯竝生。

On "Because these arise exclusively together with every defiled mind and not with others": This explains "constantly defiled only." These six are exclusively defiled, not [associated with] other, pure minds. "Every defiled mind" shows that they arise together with defilement; "arise together" indicates that they are produced simultaneously.
