「迦濕彌羅國至有非時死」者，第二毘婆沙師解。初隨相續轉，顯壽有障；後一起便住，顯壽無障。由此決定有非時死。

"The masters of the country of Kaśmīra… there is untimely death" is the explanation of the second Vaibhāṣika master. First, shifting in accordance with the continuum shows that life has obstructions; second, enduring once arisen shows that life has no obstructions. Due to this, there definitively is untimely death.
