「若顯喻義至亦有如聲」者，論主反難。七識住經中，第一識住雖非顯喻亦有如聲，故知如聲非定顯喻。

On "If it expresses an analogical meaning... also has the word 'like'": the author of the treatise counter-objects. In the Sūtra on the Seven Stations of Consciousness, although the first station of consciousness does not express an analogy, it also has the word "like"; therefore, one knows that the word "like" does not definitively express an analogy.
