論「何緣世尊說餘心所」，已下第七明蘊廢立。

[On the quote from the] *Śāstra*: “For what reason did the World-Honoured One teach the remaining mental factors,” from here down is the seventh section, clarifying the exclusion and establishment of the skandhas.
