10.252

論「定者謂聖至故名正定」，釋正定也。此謂得無漏斷，得不越七生得涅槃故。

On the passage in the treatise from "'Determined' means the noble..." to "therefore called correctly determined (samyaktvaniyata)": this explains "correctly determined." This refers to having attained unblemished cessation and being destined to attain nirvāṇa without exceeding seven rebirths.
