11.21

論「誰言法外至名為有法」，外道救也。誰言實諦之外別有二十三諦？金外別有器也，即是實諦轉變，如金轉變，相生滅也。

The commentary gives the non-Buddhist's defense: "Who says that outside the attributes... is called the bearer of attributes?" Who says that outside the real principle there are separately twenty-three principles, or that outside the gold there is separately a vessel? It is just the transformation of the real principle—just as gold transforms, with aspects arising and perishing.
