12.25

論「諸有地獄至他方獄中」，此世界中若不定者，災後時受、或全不受；諸有定者，他方受也。今詳地獄壞時不越中劫。

On the Śāstra's words, "All those hells [...] in the hells of other directions": In this world, those whose karma is indeterminate experience it at a time after the catastrophe, or do not experience it at all; all those whose karma is determinate experience it in other directions. Now, considering the time when hell is destroyed, it does not exceed an intermediate eon.
