13.43

論「或於一切至有剎那故」，論主重破兩家計也。住無為因及法、非法，非唯覺、焰及聲、色不相應，一切有為皆有住無及法、非法故。不待餘因纔生即滅，以有為法皆有剎那。既與我同，本諍應息不煩多解。

On the Śāstra's: "Or else, in all ... because moments exist": The author of the Śāstra doubly refutes the assertions of both schools. The non-existence of abiding as cause, as well as dharma and adharma, do not only fail to apply to consciousness, flame, sound, and color: because all conditioned phenomena possess the non-existence of abiding as well as dharma and adharma. Ceasing immediately upon arising without waiting for another cause, because all conditioned phenomena possess moments. Since this agrees with my own [view], the original dispute should cease; there is no need for lengthy explanations.
