15.28
論「彼說不然至例亦應爾」，難《婆沙》釋。若能境有增、減，即戒有得、捨。如草有生、枯，戒亦應增、減。
On the Śāstra's: "Their explanation is not correct... by analogy it should also be so", this objects to the Vibhāṣā's explanation. If an increase or decrease in capable objects entailed the obtaining or losing of precepts, then just as grass sprouts and withers, the precepts should likewise increase or decrease.
